The facilities were great, 3 of us stayed in a one bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was kept very clean by the housekeepers. The pool area was tidy and there were plenty of sunbeds, the pool guys were really helpful and kept the area safe for kids. The pool bar has plenty of snack and drinks selection at a reasonable price. Francisco on reception was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. There is a launderette and a shop on site which was really handy.

From check-in to check-out the service was impecable and all the staff are helpful and attentive. located just five minutes walk from the beach and bars and yet peaceful and tranquil. A lovely clean bungalow with lots of internal space and light.

Fantastic stay at the Hyde Park Lane, the room was superb (54), clean and very combatable and facing the lovely garden in a quieter area of the complex. We stayed Half Board and the food was excellent, breakfast had everything you could want for and all good quality, for dinner there's a different theme every night, Spanish, Mexican, Turkish, Asian, Street Food, Greek and French we especially loved the Spanish night.

The staff were friendly, the food selection was good , and it offered great value for money. Its location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, was ideal. The spacious bungalows and peaceful pool area, with loungers always available even during Christmas, made it a perfect retreat.
