Breakfast was good with a lot of options. Location to the main strip was a long walk especially if you had mobility issues. However there was a shuttle bus to the beach if required. Staff reasonably pleasant. Shower good.

I received a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday,which was a lovely touch!! There were quiz nights/bingo nights when I stayed, there was a teenager there and she hosted and co hosted theses events, she was full of energy and fun, she was a real asset to the hotel. Cleaners were great all the time clearing great workers !

Pool is heated. Sunbeds easy to obtain. Supermarket good choice of refreshments. Clean. Location fine - knew it was up a hill but great to see the back streets! Use Google Maps for shortcuts.

Great facilities. All very clean and well maintained. Lovely pools. Comfortable beds and everything we needed in the kitchen for self catering. The gardens are lovely with lots of trees and planting. My boys aren’t little any more but I’d say to anyone with small kids there’s so much there for them.

location in Old Town Puerto del Carmen is good. Staff were very courteous and professional. Room cleaning was offered every day and was at an exceptional level.
