The Staff were really freindly and the hotel was lovely and airy the swimming pool was great and the location was in a nice quiet part of Peurto de carman.

Wow. I have stayed here before and liked it but our room this time was fantastic, with two, yes count them, two large balconies. Breakfast was excellent and the beds crisp and cosy. The maids had done a brilliant job! Rita on reception was efficient friendly and made check inn a pleasure. If you have a choice between H10 and Hipotels then go for Hipotels every time they are so much better in every way.

The beachfront location, the bedroom with beautiful sea views and south facing balcony, I was originally allocated a lower floor room with zero view, so opted to pay extra for a top floor one. It cost me 15 euros per night, which I was told was cheaper than the usual rate they charge. Well worth the extra for the upgrade. Nice airy building, having an art deco look about it especially inside. Fabulous comfortable bed, and great Wi-Fi. I liked the use of the free safe, often charged for in most hotels. Lovely shower with good pressure and a rain shower head. I found 4 English channels on the tv with no distortion.

Great location across from the beach in a quiet part of Porto Del Carmen. Very clean and staff were very pleasant.

Very clean and spacious. We has a lovely room on the garden level overlooking the sea - a marvellous location. The room was comfortable and had a nice shower room. We enjoyed the food - a wide variety. The staff were all great. We will be back!
