The property is well laid out with the unique styling of pocket doors separating the living, bathroom and bedroom areas of the apartment. The terrace gets all day sun, has lovely sea views and is on a quiet street so it’s ideal. The apartment has all the equipment required to make your stay comfortable, including air con, iron and full kitchen utensils. The Property is in a Perfect location, ideal for the old town and main strip both 2 mins away. Playa Chica beach is under 1 minute away and perfect for sun bathing, sea access and even has a small kiosk selling reasonably priced drinks and snacks. We’ve stayed all over Puerto del carmen but this apartment would be our first choice from now on. The host is easily contactable via direct message and responds quickly to messages and is very helpful.
