The hotel is almost perfect. You can spend there the whole week, not leaving the hotel and have the great time.

The place was spotlessly clean and staff clearly took their roles very seriously. There were lots of activities to do during the day and the evening entertainment was varied. There was a great selection of food and drink.

Great for travelling with children, they have so many things to do. The staff is super friendly. They offer a lot of trips, it is very easy to book though them trips or even to rent a car. Made it very comfortable for us.

The hotel is beautiful, it looks so much more expensive than what we paid for. The rooms are nice, and all of the staff were extremely helpful. The buffet options were always great, and the food delicious. The poolside was clean too. Went for a massage at the spa which was divine, and the spa was very relaxing, and the gym is better equipped than most hotels i've been to. Walking distance (kind of) to other restaurants, but be mindful of the hills, some are very steep! Not too far to walk to the Los Gigantos black sand beach, which was beautiful.

- Food in general (breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner). A lot of vegetables and healthy food, freshly cooked meat and fish. In fact, one of the best AI services we had. Numerous stands with drinks, 2 snacks-bars, several bars etc. - Spacious rooms - Animation team and activities like mini-golf, ropes course, mini-disco, billiard tables, - Very friendly and polite personel - Cleanliness of the rooms and hotel area (excluding the pools) - Magnificent views from the lobby or ocean-view rooms. - Quite close to the Arena beach, shops (LIDL 8 min, Mercadona 5 min) and numerous restaurants - Shops inside the hotel
