collection of the keys was easy at the hotel reception but it would have been nice if someone had shown us to our apartments as they were a walk away across the harbourside and difficult to find. The apartments were in a lovely location with easy access to all local amenities. The area is flat, so easy walking for elderly or disabled. The cleaning service was excellent.

My mother and I booked an apartment for a week's stay at the beginning of January. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The apartment pool was really lovely, and the restaurant by the pool has a great selection of food and drinks (including frozen cocktails!). We really couldn't believe how perfect the apartment was for us, especially considering the very reasonable price. We had such a fantastic stay, and will be back!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the food and chefs were great especially the dinner chef who was even kind enough to bring my son in a toy, one of the best half boards I’ve had for variety of food choices, rooms were clean

As always just the perfect apartments with all you need, regular maids to keep it lovely, can’t recommend this place enough . the location is quiet and relaxing, not too many British dare I say as a Brit myself, reception staff are lovely and nothing is too much, extra towels extra sanitary products they have you covered. it’s a little oasis of heaven right on the edge of the water.
