Lovely staff, great location next to beach and bus station. There was live music and other guests dancing which provided a lovely atmosphere on the Saturday night. Would definitely stay again.

A good hotel with an excellent breakfast. The property is spotless clean. It's very close to the beach, but just keep in mind that at least in February 2025 it was impossible to swim in any beach in Puerto de la Cruz except one rocky one 2 km from this hotel.

It was very central to the town and bus station. Bed linen was cotton and clean.

The location was great, next to the beach and no sun due to the cloudy north area. I don t love sun so it was great to have only cloudy days. The view from the room was amazing, seeing the ocean from the room was great! but there was some constructions developments, so every morning sound as a construction site. Food was fresh and diverse, in the evening you did not receive any drinks, not even water, so you should pay if you wanted to have a drink, 3 euro a bottle of water, kind of expensive for the island, more then a beach restaurant were water was 2 euro and a higher bottle.

The hotel was located just outside the more touristy area but still easily accessible to everything. My room was classed as a Mountain View but I could sneak a look at the sea too so was ideal. The whole place was kept spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing - so many choices!

Good location close to beach Playa Jardin and you have a a nice walk into the city centre. It’s not far from the busstation either. Nice sea views, spacious room.
