A nicely renovated hotel in quite central town position. All very clean, mattress was ok and room had enough equipment Plus you get access to their rooftop terrace with nice views, sunbeds and jacuzzi. Staff was professional and gentle.

Excellent location, right in the center of Puerto de la Cruz. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable for a 3-night stay. the coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine available 24/7 is a very nice touch too!

Great location in the heart of the town surrounded by restaurants and shops, ideal place to stay also removed from the street so nice and quiet very good place clean and bright and free coffee all day, good WiFi and bag storage
