I truly believe this hotel deserves more than a 4-star rating - it surpasses even many 5-star hotels. We stayed in a superior studio apartment with stunning views of the mountains, sea, and nature. It was, without a doubt, our best holiday experience. The location, food, and facilities were exceptional. The hotel offers a wide range of activities: relaxation areas, various games, multiple swimming pools, diverse bars, live music, quiz nights, and buffet options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We’ll definitely be back

The hotel is very well maintained. All areas very clean. Great customer service from the staff, who were always very helpful. Our apartment was spotless and very well catered, with all the essentials. The free shuttle service to main Puerto de la Cruz was very helpful as we didn’t realise how far away it was. A very enjoyable stay!

The best breakfast i ever had! Dinner was out of this world, every night something different including real barbeque. Absolutely delicious. Love this place! I think this is the best place for families with children , lovely gardens, beautifull views, peace.
