1) Great location (close to everything but still quite what was essential for me, not in the area of crowd and activities). 2) Unbelievable view. 3) An apartment has literally everything you need for a short stay, almost every detail you can imagine. 4) Easy and quick checkin / communication with property (but I have checked in and checked on during work hours so no extra efforts).

Self online checking is a plus. Location and sea view was super nice. Not many parking lots nearby. You can buy long parking card in mercadona, just behind the corner, it coat like 40 euro for over a week. Else, you can search for white psrking spaces around (takes 15-30mins).
