Excellent staff throughout - front of house at reception and everyone in the restaurant were so good and helpful. Very professional with COVID checking every morning at breakfast. Nice pool area and again very helpful staff - Gustavo was fun and excellent.

Compared to the pictures, hotel is a bit old fashion, but very clean and maintained. Only 5 minutes from the center (there is a free bus shuttle provided by the hotel). Staff is very kind and attentive. Lovely outdoor pool area, with a small pool area for children too. Breakfast and dinner buffet are good and various. Baby chair available if needed. There is a gym area. There is also the possibility to play squash and tennis. Hairdresser available on site. Baby crib available if needed.

Really nice hotel with fantastic breakfast and dinner options. We took the the half board package and really enjoyed our stay. There is also spa and massage available on site to book. Pool are is very nice and clean, and all in all great hotel to stay.
