Please note that access to The Oriental Spa Garden is restricted to guests aged 16 and over; therefore, entry to the spa is prohibited for those under 16. All room rates include daily unlimited access to the indoor and outdoor thermal circuit of the hotel spa (please check the hotel's website for the spa's current opening hours). The rates for stays on a basic B&B or half-board basis on December 31st include a mandatory fee for the gala dinner held that evening. Similarly, for stays on a half-board basis on December 24th, the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory. Starting at 6:30 PM, sportswear and sports/beach footwear are not permitted in the bars and restaurants. Dress Code in Restaurants: Long trousers are mandatory for gentlemen during dinner. Dress Code for the December 24th Gala Dinner: Jacket and tie are required. Dress Code for New Year's Eve on December 31st: Black tie is required. Pets up to 9 kg are allowed upon request and with an additional fee.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
