Children aged below 16 years are not allowed to use the Oriental Spa Garden.All room rates include daily unlimited access to the hotel spa's indoor and outdoor thermal circuit (please check the hotel's website for the spa's current opening hours).The rates for stays on a basic B&B or half-board basis on December 31st include a mandatory fee for the evening gala dinner. Similarly, the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner is mandatory for stays on a half-board basis on December 24th. Starting at 18:30, sportswear and sports/beach footwear are not permitted in the bars and restaurants.The Dress Code in Restaurants is: Long trousers are mandatory for gentlemen during dinner. The Dress Code for the December 24th Gala Dinner is: Jacket and tie are required. The Dress Code for New Year's Eve on December 31st is as follows: The black tie is required.Renovation work will be carried out from 18/05/2025 to 15/07/2025. The included breakfast buffet is ample for any activities planned. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and the grounds are perfect to relax and unwind while also being close enough to the town centre to walk around. The hotel is perfectly located that even with older parents, their free taxi to and from the town made the steep hill a non-issue.

The gardens were lovely. Room was very well laid out. Small foyer, with bathroom off provided separation between corridor door & the bedroom area. Bath & separate shower. Balcony which overlooked the pool. Turn down service with a nightly truffle. Good choice at breakfast. Nice spa area. Loved the sculptured leaves in the foyer. Free parking available.

The hotel’s appearance with all the art pieces, The spa , the excellent breakfast with its variety and presentation . The Papagaio and Oriental restaurants are excellent .The hotel locarion . We would like to mention the kindness of Miss Pino ( Reception Manager ) She has amazing personality , she was the only person who could guide us with the exact information doe Carnival events and helped us with ticket’s Purchase The second person who was so special is Miss Karina the hostess of breakfast ans alao was in the Pappagaio restaurant .She was so warm and welcoming for all guests with a huge smile , joy and patience .She knew our namwa without even looking at the lists.Simply a pleasure to meet such an outstanding employee.

Excellent breakfast buffet, great room and great facilities we ate in 2 of the evening restaurants that were 9 out 10 Lunch 8 out of 10 by the pool.

You get what you came for at this hotel. Luxury as well as attentive and service-minded staff and all the amenities you could ask for - maybe a bit dates on the decor? Shout out to Antonio, who took exceptionel good care of us at arrival and departure from the hotel! Room was nice. Clean, great bed, bathroom with all the trimmings and a nice balcony with view of the sea. I kind of expected a bit more extravaganza, but it worked and it is not reasonable to expect suite-like decor when that is not what we had booked. TV had Google Chrome, which was great. The weather was mixed, so we did not try the pool area, but it looked nice. We did go to the spa and we had a good time - especially the outdoor area was very pleasant and we would have spent more time there, if the weather had permitted it. The pool bar served decent food with a few vegetarian options and it was well prepared. Great service also. The breakfast buffet did not disappoint - a ton of options, omelette stand, freshly prepared eggs, but our vegan daughter would have had a hard time finding enough to eat. Of the restaurants, we tried the Oriental and the thai food was great and authenticly prepared. I had the fried rice and it was a huge serving and it could have been nice with more details/trimmings on the presentation of the dish, but again, it was precisely what you would have gotten in Thailand. A bit expensive, but that is would you should expect in a location like this.
