Loved everything about this hotel. Rooms very comfortable, location excellent, quiet but very close to all attractions. The breakfast was super, lots of choices which changed daily, no queues. Staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Basically I loved almost everything about the stay. I would especially emphasize the amazing breakfasts on the rooftop with a great view of the city and very nice and friendly staff. The location is a perfect base for walking tours of the lovely Puerto de la Cruz.

Very nice stay. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful - they suggested what to see, where to go, they gave many valuable tips. I definitely recommend it

The breakfast was very good! The bathroom is spacious and neat. The room is quiet. The receptionist was very nice and gave us recommendations about touristic places.

Reasonable selection of continental choices. Some more traditional egg and bacon or omelette options. Good coffe and good selection of cerial and fruit juices.

I loved this place! It’s fabulous. Very comfortable beds; great facilities, very helpful staff, great location; fabulous rooftop pool and bar, and excellent breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay. Next time I will stay longer to enjoy the great rooftop facilities
