VERY CLEAN! Room was very clean and all public areas! Food was very good for price we paid! All staff were super super friendly! Size of room.and bed was amazing! Water very warm in bathroom!

Was a little worried when I read some of the reviews but we had no problems with bed bugs etc. We stayed in the bonanza and found the reception staff really helpful even if the maids were a little grumpy!

Food - all meals as buffets so good! meals/dishes quite repetitive, not seasoned well, but it wasn't an issue. For half board it's a bit poor that for dinner it's only water available to drink, should be tea and coffee as those drink don't cost much! Room - Firstly I had a room on 2nd floor which was very spacious! however the noise outside was unbearable (lorries and drunk people shouting at night). I changed it to the smaller one on 6th floor with the great help of the reception staff! Staff - Nice and polite but not super committed, too many tourists to serve! Pool - very nice but the water was quite cold (end Feb - so in warmer months it will be very pleasant!) Location - good, it's upper part of Puerto so going to the centre and the beach requires going down 30 min (and coming back up!) Bus stops very near which is very useful if using public transport.

THE BED WAS QUITE HARD, BUT I WAS GIVEN A SMALL SHEET WHICH I ASKED FOR. BREAKFAST GOOD AND SWIMMING POOLS NICE, WATER SPORTS WOULD BE AWESOME

Breakfast was rich, diverse and there were good options. The hotel has good location, lots of green areas, swimming pools and overall we liked it.

Double room was massive and kept very clean with a good shower. The decor was dated with the exception of the bathroom which had obviously recently been refurbished. The beds were ok but the double was two twins together as seems to be common practice in Spain. There were no kettle or ironing facilities however. The hotel lobby and corridors were well presented and bright and airy. The food was exceptional with different selections during our stay. Some of the best hotel buffet food I've had. The location is quiet with amazing views of the sea and Mount Tiede. We would definitely stay here again and probably upgrade to one of the renovated rooms.

The hotel had amazing facilities, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, meals available throughout the day. It’s situated in a safe area and a short walk from the main strip.
