The staff was very nice and helpful. We liked the pool, which was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were cleaned every day. The TV is more modern than in the pictures, many channels are available. The location of the yarn was perfect. Local stuffs could be easily reached on foot. As we stepped out into the street, restaurants, souvenir shops. 5 minutes from the bus station, 10-15 minutes from Loro Parque, grocery stores and the beach.

The location of the hotel is 10 points, the price is affordable for a hotel located in the city center and the pleasant staff who changed our room because of a very unpleasant smell.

This was our second stay at the Florida Plaza, excellent location right in the heart of everything, special word of thanks to manager Louis Carlos who was exceptionally helpful and efficient, also to all of his staff from the ladies looking after our room everyday to the receptionists, we will definitely return to the Florida Plaza. Thank you.

Lovely old fashioned building (bordering tatty but still charming, spacious, well positioned and very good value for money). Staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was also in a quiet part. I would stay there again.
