Convenient location, 15 minutes to a good sandy beach, close to all restaurants and shops, as well as a beautiful city center. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, thanks to them for their work!

Room was better than expected with fully functioning kitchenette. Bedding clean, bed comfortable. Access to rooftop pool. Central location.

This place is old, of course. But to have an entire apartment for this convenient price is awesome.

Balcony and location were nice and comfy. The room came with big mirrored wardrobe and a comfortable bathroom. Also had a minimal kitchen which is great. We met about 3-4 (and one dead) cockroaches which is a very okay situation considering it is The Island and unequivocally means they're doing regular extermination. The room and the whole building is kinda rustic but we loved its atmosphere and it was a great price/value!

Excellent location, fairly quiet even though so near to the Plaza del Charco. Staff in reception helpful but not intrusive. The room was clean and had most equipment needed.
