The fine print
Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.

Beautiful hotel with a spacious and cozy room, big windows and balcony with a wonderful view of the port. The owner is a great host and very welcoming.

Convenient location especially for boat trips (walking distance). Very helpful staff. If you get a front room, you have nice views to the sea and a balcony.

Staff were lovely- very accommodating! Highly recommend. We tried to change our booking for when we return so we could stay again (unfortunately the other hotel wouldn’t let us cancel so we couldn’t) but highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

The location was very close to the center. The owner was very helpful. He gave us free breakfast coupons to be used in the neigjbour cafe. Also found us a taxi by himself when we were going to the bus station. In the mornings there was free coffee.

Book it - you won’t regret it. Wonderful location and cute place to stay! I’m a solo traveller and both JC and Abigail went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! Both have great tips and helped me book a tour and onward travel. Great rooms with a lovely balcony. Had a good Ecuadorean breakfast next door each day and did a wonderful Tortoise and Lava tour with Vincente!

Lovely convenient hotel near the promenade front and close to shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere except when having to go to the airport. Super friendly staff and welcome.

Gret location with a super nice view of the bay area from the common area terrace in the 3rd floor. Carlos answers all of your questions in the reception and there is a nice little kitchen if you want to cook something. We had a blast!

We felt like at home since we came; the infrastructure of the hotel is great, beautiful balcony with good shadow and beautiful plants. The comunal area is also really nice with great view to the ocean and city; there is a fridge where you can store some food and a kitchen to prepare some stuff. The staff members were always open to answer any questions and give recommendations; all recommendations we got were always helpful. There is always coffee and tee, and fresh water that we could drink. I will definitely recommend it to everyone staying in Santa cruz.
