Please note all payments must be done in cash.Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Rhuban was really friendly and extremely helpful for advice on trips both organised and DIY. Fresh water available for you to fill your bottles at all times. Great location

A nice hostel with a lovely, relaxing green garden area. The location was great, only a short walk from some fantastic restaurants and cafes, and practically opposite the fishing pier. Unfortunately, I think we got the worst room which was very dark and sparsely furnished. There was no mirror in the bathroom which made it difficult to put in contact lenses. I think the other rooms are much nicer, though. The owner was helpful and booked ferry tickets for us.

Everything about this place is perfect. We had our most comfortable bed and best shower since leaving home. Quiet at night. The garden areas are beautiful. Water available, advice on what to see, good Wi-Fi. Breakfast good and taken in lovely surroundings. The staff were all helpful especially Marco at breakfast.

Really nice hostel, good location, nice garden with hammocks, comfortable rooms which are cleaned every day, helpful staff (Ruth/Daniel arranged boat tickets for us and Marco was always there to help/answer our questions). Good value for money, clear communication, free water

Reuben met me at check in and went through lots of useful information with me. The room was clean and comfortable and I loved the outdoor space with the hammock. It’s very centrally located too.
