Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Rooms are very comfortable with a TV and fast WiFi. Nice view to the swimming pool from the outside. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good quality breakfast.

Good heated jacuzzi area and nice pool. Good to be able to order drinks by the pool. Comfortable bed. Good size of the room. Good location. Water topped up daily in the room.

Resort style setup; beautiful pool, spas, lounges and surrounding plants. Central location; down the road of two must see areas. Great customer service; always willing to help you. Great place for a family.

Everything. Vanessa lovely receptionist. Made us very welcome. Being on the ground floor around the pool was great. Especially the hot jacuzzi open just til 8pm with a cocktail!

Lovely pool area, room was basic but all very clean Location was quiet but only a short walk to the main streets with plenty of bars and restaurants, 10mins. Also 10mins walk from main harbour area for boats. Taxis very reasonable when needed.

the pool areas was really nice. Lots of chairs and lounges. Breakfast was soso. restaurant not open for lunch or supper. There is a small bar but no one really attends it, so if you want a drink you have to go to the girls at the front desk and ask them if they can make you a drink etc. We weren't really told about it so we thought it was closed all the time until we asked. Was a little disappointed about that part.

breakfast was solo! The pool is very nice and warm but very slippery. I took a huge wipe out on the wet tiles that become more slippery as the day goes on. they do clean them daily but they are slippery. Smashed my kneed and it still hurts and that was over a month ago. There is no real bar to sit and have a drink and chat with other guests like the pictures show. They have a little bar where you can ask the girls at the front desk if you want them to make them one. Restaurant only open for breakfast, no lunch or dinner restaurant. We loved the pool area and the rooms are okay but the beds are very uncomfortable and the blanket on the bed is extremely thin. That part in my opinion needs an overhaul.
