Beautiful, spacious room with my own private balcony overlooking the city and a great air conditioning unit that kept me comfortable through the night! The hostel is central (few blocks from pier) and on the way to Tortuga Bay so it cuts the walking distance a lot! Also fresh water on each floor for the guests.

The location was perfect. Just further up on the same street from the 'kioskos', a pedestrian only section of the street where kiosks of restaurants line both sides of the street so you can have your pick. You are only 7 min from the pier when you get off the ferry. The Malecon is right there, steps away from everything. It only took 20 min to walk back from the Charles Darwin station to see the tortoises. The place was very clean and there were so many windows in my bedroom as well as having the terrace. It was bright and full of fresh air. It wasn't noisy at all as the hotel is further back from the main strip. The staff were very nice, and when I checked out, I was able to leave my bag for pick up later, as well, a staff member was heading my way and gave me a lift to the Darwin station, and I walked back in an easy 20 min. You also can't beat the price; great value!
