The staff was super help- and thoughtful. The facilities had everything we needed and more, especially kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was very clean. The location was great, just in front of a lovely little park and in walking distance of all major sights.

The room was spacious and we had a private bathroom. We arrived very late (the bus from Oaxaca was 1h late) and the staff waited for us to check in (thanks for giving us advice on where to eat at night :) ) The room was clean and had everything we needed. Internet connection stable and fast. On the ground floor there's a large kitchen (well equipped) and common space - we didn't use it a lot, but it was nice. The place seems secure and rather quiet. About 10-minute walk from the Zócalo.

This is such a beautiful place. A small, family run hostel that feels like a hotel. It was quiet and very well located in Centro. The room was a prefect size and the bathrooms modern and convenient. The staff were all so accomodating and friendly and I felt right at home. Just book it!

Friendly arrival and really helpful. Clean accommodation, with spacious room. A bed, a place to sit and also common areas are really spacious. Right in the center of Puebla

A very warm and nice welcome. The Dear is central, great to arrive by car or any other transportation and the owners are more than lovely! We enjoyed staying here very much and it has an excellent price performance ratio! Just a few minutes from every to be place in Puebla, good recommendations and more.
