Great staff and location next to the plaza. Bed was comfy. Secure parking a couple of blocks away.

Clean room. Shower had good water pressure. Staff were very courteous. The location a stone's throw away from the main plaza was also unbeatable.

Excellent desk service. Everybody there is so nice and welcoming. Location can't be better ! Clean, comfortable, good wifi. All we needed. Definitely will go back to Santiago Hotel Thank you 🤗

Very good location to explore the city, the room was ok, nothing special, rather small and window to some inner shaft, quite noisy from neighbours, parking was handled complicated but worked out fine finally, somehow the atmosphere was not too friendly, but nothing to complain, we just did not feel very welcome

Fantastic location, very friendly and polite staff, high-quality service - absolute cleanliness in the room :) very nice touch - coffee in the lobby :) A great place for a few days stay in Puebla.

Basic budget hotel in a perfect location for a night or two. Nice rooftop terrace. Room was quiet and dark, with a fan. Free coffee in the lobby.

I loved my time at Hotel Santiago. It is comfortable and perfectly located next to the cathedral and square with all the main sites and activities just at a few meters. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
