The hotel is very centrally located and despite its position it’s very quiet at night time. My room was pretty simple and a bit small, but it worked for a solo traveller like me. Staff was helpful.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Puebla. The rooms are away from the street, so it's quiet. The courtyards of the hotel look cosy.

The hotel looks super beautiful, it was lovely decorated and it had a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was super helpful and helped me out with all my requests.

Really interesting decor. Like staying in a castle. Eclectic, comfortable, clean and right next door to the Zocalo and great restaurants. Couldn't possibly beat this hotel for the price.

Excellent location 2 blocks from Zocalo. Rooms are at the back, so there is no traffic noise. The first room I had, had no fan but the 2nd one did. Free Netflix on tv was great for rainy evenings.

LOVED this hotel so much! Super beautiful, colourful exteriors...it's like being in a gorgeous colourful maze. Room was super comfy and they offered daily cleaning. Super lovely staff. The most incredible location! Bang in the middle of all of it, but still quiet at night. Word of advice...do at LEAST 5 nights in Puebla, it is the most beautiful place!
