A very cosy hotel in a colonial style. The rooms can be reached from a cute patio with a seating area. The receptionists were very accommodating and helpful. Upon our request we were given a quieter room called Tulipan, located at the back. We really appreciated this arrangement. The room was spacious with enough space for the luggage of the two of us. For extra security, there is an option to park your car in a private parking paid separately, however, we safely parked our car free of charge on the street just opposite the entrance to the hotel. The location is good, within a few minute walk from the historical center and, at the same time, far enough from all the hustle and bustle of the touristy area.

The hotel is located just outside the city centre and we were able to walk to all main attractions. The room we were given was huge (even too big for our needs) and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shared patio is very nice. The hotel has no breakfast/restaurant but there are lots of options on the walk to the centre (there is also a restaurant above the reception, though we haven't tried).

We had a fantastic stay at this cosy, rustic-style hotel perfectly located in the heart of Puebla, right next to the charming Puente de Ovando. The staff was quite friendly as well. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with large, comfortable beds that made for a restful sleep. The ambience was warm and inviting, and the location made exploring the city so convenient. Overall, it is a truly enjoyable experience and excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay, very comfy bed, and an amazing shower. Location was fantastic. WiFi was excellent too. And it had lamps beside the bed! A rarity we've found in the places we've stayed

Comfortable and cozy rooms, with nice decorations and all the amenities needed for a short stay. It was great value for the price paid! The bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure and hot water. Free bottles of water which were replenished every day too. Check in was easy and the reception staff were all very friendly.
