We spent 3 nights in this nice hotel. The hotel is safe and is perfectly located in Pucón. The bedroom and the bathroom were large and cosy. The breakfast was delicious. A special mention to the people working at the hotel reception : they were super nice and helpful ! We really enjoyed our stay there !

- All the staff were extremely friendly. We met a lot of the people working there and they were all really enthusiastic - Central location - The breakfast was very nice - View in the room was beautiful - Hotel was very cozy

This was one of our best accommodation experiences in three months of travelling around South America. Pucón is the loveliest town to visit, even in the cold wet weather we were unfortunate enough to have during our three day visits. The staff were so lovely at Newen, they spoke very good English, made sure there was a fire lit and warming in the lounge room to sit in front of every day and helped us with all questions we had. The rooms were super comfortable, warm and cosy in those cold days. The shower was hot with great pressure. Breakfast was good and served by a sweet lady who obviously took great pride in her job. The hotel is located in a great spot, just off the main drag so very close to lots of shops, cafes and restaurants but also upper quiet at night. They were also kind enough to offer us a later check out as we were catching a late bus out of town.

Great staff and ambience. The breakfast was also pretty good. I was busy with meetings so couldn't get to explore the outdoor activities that much, but the great view of the volcano from my room was a great relief.

Great staff, everybody was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Best location in the city, walking distance (3 blocks max) to all of the best restaurants and stores in town.
