Beautifully landscaped garden, gorgeous pool, and awesome views from my villa that boasted huge windows. (I loved that the desk was positioned to also have a wonderful view.) At breakfast, I appreciated that for a reasonable charge I could buy premium espresso based beverages - the coffee tasted excellent. The hotel also arranged a very comfortable car from Hanoi airport at a fair price comparable what Grab quoted for the same trip when I checked (although I doubt that any driver would actually accept such a far trip at short notice). Overall a great base to soak in the relaxing beauty of the valley and explore the area. The location is not as far up the valley as some other resorts in the area, hence there are more walks and more infrastructure nearby (such as other restaurants, spas etc.).

Great value for the price! The staff is very helpful, especially Jay, who assisted us with an issue we had with our reservation. The hotel is high quality, with an excellent room, delicious food, and the entire team goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable

Excellent service, excellent food, excellent rooms, excellent view. This place has it all. Beautifully decorated garden, everything on the menu seems to be the right choice. This is a wonderful place. And a special thanks to Natura's Mr Lan for helping us set up a small trek in the area, as well as helping out when we changed plans. Supreme service.
