Resort Dimitra Beach Hotel & Suites (formerly Dimitra Beach Resort)

We had been here before and had an excellent experience so decided to go back a second time. The resort itself is nicely spread out so even though it is big, it doesn't feel that way. There are 3 swimming pools which are properly maintained. The beach is a pebble beach but okay to relax and to swim. The food options at the buffet where phenomenal and so was the food quality. The Greek a la carte restaurant has good food but we were disappointed in the quality of the fillet steak which did not justify the cost of it. The Italian a la carte is NOT Italian. Their tiramisu was the worst I have ever eaten and no Italian would make it with slices of chocolate cake instead of lady fingers. The pizza was ready made, shoved in the oven and served as "Italian pizza!" It was an abomination. The tuna was A-Okay. There is just simply NOTHING ITALIAN about this restaurant except maybe playing Eros Ramazzotti on repeat. The food quality and options at the buffet is a million times better than this restaurant. My suggestion would be to change it to a Curry restaurant so that it is vastly different from the Greek and the buffet, but equally in demand and delicious for your English and German guests.

We stayed at family suite with two bedrooms. It was very clean, spacey, comfortable, separate bathrooms, beautiful view at the sea. We really enjoyed it! The whole hotel is very nice, clean, lot's of greenery (and cats). The stuff was very pleasant.

The bay (location) is amazing if you're looking for a quiet non-crowded beach and holiday. The food is amazing and the overall hospitality is above expectations

Just back from a break at Dimitra Beach Hotel and what a fantastic break it was! From the welcome on checking in, to checking out this hotel cannot be faulted. They have everything just right. All the staff is really doing their best to make sure nothing is missing! The room and all outdoor were well maintained and always clean! Dinner was offering many delicious options. It was a pity that we only stayed one night. I truly recommend the whole experience.

Dimitra Beach Resort has several positives: the arrival experience is smooth, with a welcome drink and efficient check-in, plus a golf cart service for luggage. The resort's grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush green spaces and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with daily restocked minibars and good air conditioning. The beach area is clean, with available showers, and drinks can be brought to you from the bar. The resort features three pools, each with a bar, offering convenience and variety. The evening entertainment is varied, with some standout performances that enhance the overall experience.

Bar staff at the pools were so lovely, friendly, helpful!! Most staff in the restaurants were polite, though not as friendly or helpful as last year. Seemed that they were very run of their feet sadly. Food was fabulous, particularly in the buffet. Great variety every mealtime and it was clear the staff took great pride in preparing the food, keeping it topped up etc. Entertainment in the evenings was good fun and varied.

We stayed in a beach apartment, it was lovely and we were glad of the less steps to climb. Personally I think this may not be suitable for wheelchairs or walking problems with all the steps.

I like everything, location in the most quite and relaxing area. The hotel has everything to enjoy your holidays.
