“A beautiful vacation in a pleasant location”

I had a nice and relaxing vacation here. The apartment is pleasant, has a private entrance, a well-equipped kitchen and a parking space in front. The hosts, the Lutz family, are very welcoming people, open and helpful in everything. Homemade Zirbenlikör is the best. We would be happy to return to this blessed house.

During our stay we planned to travel to three places: Samnaun(1/2 h), St. Moritz(1.5 h) and Merano(2 h) and for those routes, the location is perfect. Mrs. Lutz is a very kind host and the house is clean and comfortable. We also visited Ladis, Fiss, Serfaus, Landeck, İmst and Zams, means you can arrive to many places in few minutes. Kitchen is very well equipped and supermarkets are just 3 min walking distance. İnternet connection is really weak, we had problems with cell phones but my wife had at least five meetings with her laptop and it worked. We want to visit here again as soon as possible. Cosy, very clean, super great value for money. Close to stores, Fendls ski area and hiking trail. Loved that it is pet friendly. Perfect size for a couple of a small family. Kitchen is very well equipped.

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment, with a lot of kitchen stuff. The neighborhood is quite and calm, restaurants, supermarkets are within 5-10 minutes. The panorama is stunning, the area provides a lot of programs for adults and children also. Dog friendly, and there is a lot of green area within a minutes to go for a walk.
