Breakfast was great to start your day. Lots of options. They do have a heated pool, but we didn't take advantage of it. Next time.

Troy was amazing! We had literally traveled from near the border of Canada in one day and were exhausted and confused about parking when we arrived Sunday night Troy actually found us wandering in the parking lot and directed us to our room after I called him a truly sensational person

Clean and tidy hotel. Room was surprisingly spacious even though it already had 2 double beds and a sofa bed. Bathroom was spotless.

The hotel is one block away from my company so the localization was just perfect. I really appreciated the reactivity of the staff as well, my first room had an issue with a strange rumbling noise from the air conduct at night that prevented me to sleep. They managed to change my room the next day without any penalties (the staff came to check the noise on spot and it was quite loud) and I managed to enjoy again the sound of silence for a peaceful slumber.

Receptionist, Emma solved a very serious problem for me due to a car accident of my colleagues' wife back in UK. She took the initiative and when booking didn't allowed me to stay alone, and changed my reservation saving me hundreds of dollars. Little did she know that I will have groups travelling to the area for the next year and will send them to her!
