Very close to the beach (Kalamies Beach) - make sure you go to the part on the left as it has clean sandy seabed, the part on the right is full of sharp rocks just under the water's surface and it's just too dangerous. Our apartment was big enough for 2 people to comfortably enjoy their holiday. The balcony was very big and offered great views of the sea and the surroundings. And we had a coffee machine for capsules which ensured a quick and decent coffee first thing in the morning. The meals (we had Halfboard option) were tasty. Not a huge variety of dishes for dinner, but always enough and we always had several choices which were to our taste. Same with breakfasts. And there are plenty of utensils there (some hotels run out of them quickly). The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a small electrical issue one night with some buzzing sound coming from the fuse box in the apartment. We did let know the receptionist about that as we were going to dinner, and the problem was fixed before we returned to the room. There's a small supermarket at the hotel - fairly good choice of food and drinks as well as "beach stuff", but not cheap. Lots of other supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walk. Several restaurants close by. Ample free parking at the hotel.

Amazing location, large appartment with magic view + big balcony, perfect breakfast, solid diner, good pool, very silend and clean beach /sea, friendly and helpful staff, supermarket in the campus, 5 min wall from city center of Pernera.

The apartment had a great pool & sea view. It was clean and neat. Close to Agia Napa by car. Staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet has vegetarian options.

The location is perfect: right on the beach, with lots of shops and great restaurants nearby. The room was very cosy and spacious, recently renovated with a seaside village vibes and a great view of the sea.
