We felt like living at our good friend's house. Mr. Maouris helped us with everything. Daily cleaning. Very good location, the most beautiful beach only 5 minutes away.

Owner is amazing and makes you feel at home. Location amazing near centre and 5minutes from turtle Bay. Value is hard to beat.

I was room only.The location was ideal, just short walk to the beach and to bars,restaurants etc.The hotel was basic ,spotlessly clean as was the pool and pool area the staff were friendly and courteous.

The owner is very friendly and welcoming and also very helpful. The location is spot on for fig tree bay which is a very beautiful beach which is only a 5 min walk and also same for the strip. Highly recommend it.

Great location: close to two beaches, close to the mainroad with a nearby bus stop (no need to rent a car), however enough far to be quiet. Quality bed/matrace Daily cleaning of the room Nice seating in the shadow with desk to use the wifi Theoretically you have everything you really need: nice room with balcony and air-condition, kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool (only used by a few guests), in some cases even view to the sea.

This family run & managed Hotel Apartment is fantastically located just a stones throw away from the beach & the Protaras strip! Yiotis Marouris & his lovely wife are always available & make themselves present if help & advise was ever needed. They made us feel that it was more like ‘their home’ than a hotel paying particular attention to our needs & forever helpful. Our room was immaculately cleaned daily with fresh towel replacements. The rooms are basic, no tv or WiFi…BUT we found not having these luxuries we left at home a truly genuine holiday experience! We didn’t miss them at all. Our baby daughter had my ‘personal phone hotspot’ & pre-downloads to keep her entertained. We will definitely be returning to see again great friends we made ❤️
