The hotel facilities were really nice especially the pool and outdoor areas. The location right on the beach is amazing and the staff were all really nice too. The gym here is decent for a hotel gym. The bedroom was a little bit basic and the beds weren't very comfortable. I found them to be very hard. We enjoyed our stay as we got the hotel at a very reasonable price.

We had the presidential suite. Very nice place to stay. Spectacular view of the sea. Would highly recommend. Will stay here whenever I come to Protaras. The staff were amazing. Bent over backwards to accommodate us. Candle lit meal for 2. The wedding planner was spectacular. Thank you Pamela. Made it possible for us to get married with less than 10 days notice. The hotel manager was also a highlight of our stay. We never met, but we spoke over the phone many times and she was very helpful, warm and reassuring.

The hotel is clean and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is right next to the beach again which was beautiful. The room was nice and clean when I arrived.

Good outside swimming pool and nature nearby, despite the old renovation in the room - it was clean and cleaning every day was perfect. Good breakfast with prosecco and fruits

- Check in time is at 14:00 and lunch finishes at 14:30, which makes it almost impossible to make it for the lunch. However, we were allowed to have lunch on the next day (departure day). - Since we missed the lunch, we were proposed to use the kiosk for sandwiches or burgers. Instead, only toast with ham and cheese was available. - Indoor pool area was cold, thus it was really uncomfortable to use it. - Staff (both reception and restaurant staff) was more than helpful and friendly! - Food was great! - Generally, in my personal opinion, it demands some extra effort to make it a 5-stat hotel.
