staff is very friendly, I was with half boarding and all the meals are delicious and various. the aquapark is excellent for all aged children

We booked to stay at The Anastasia Splash Residences, because my son, daughter in law & 4 grandchildren were staying there. On arrival at the reception we were told we were at the wrong hotel. We were redirected to a nearby hotel (Tsokkos Gardens). After walking round there with 5 suitcases in 35 degree heat, we were then told that we were actually staying in the property next door (Tsokkos Garden Apartments). We were very upset at not being in the property we had booked & felt booking.com are selling holidays incorrectly!

We like every thing .there was more than we thought.We dont understand why people make bad comment .Dont wait from 4 star hotel 7 star moves!Also they are more than 4 star.We were very relax in the pools because there are very becarefull for our children.In the bars we drink very nice coctails until late time,foods fresh and every night was from diffrent kitchen.All of workers very friendly we feel like relative.Thank you very much Anastasia Tsokkos Hotels.I cant wait for next year.

Friendly staff , clean rooms . We loved the water park even though it was dirty with broken chairs . Lifeguards were excellent

The return on Investments was good, a lot of food, mid quality. Unlimitted Free alcohol Nice pool, 4th raw of buildings from the Sea, so its a few minutes walk
