We had a free upgrade from a studio to one bedroomed apartment which was clean, modern and well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff.

Loved location & nice facilities. Great staff @ reception.housekeeper Yiota was excellent.we stayed Room 412..the Bartender among his other duties Pan (for short) very helpful. Breakfast was good but not great.plenty though to start the day.lots sunbeds even though some been reserved & not returned to after folk went to beach etc. Management did keep tabs on this & some towels did get removed during our stay which is proper way to do it. We would stay again if we do return Protaras as was our 1st visit to Cyprus.

Daily cleaning in the room. Nice outside pool. Good air condition. Big room with all you need. Nice staff, always open for help you.

The hotel was beautiful, welcoming, and immaculate. The staff are so friendly who goes above and beyond what you would expect. Housekeeping was excellent and kept the apartments spotless. The hotel was on the quiet end of the strip, i would say but still central, which was great as everything was on the doorstep. Fig Tree Bay is a two min walk, which was very handy.

Perfect place to stay (and work from Protaras). Large apartment, with dorm and separate large living with utiled kitchenette, large bathroom. Basic breakfast, but enought. We stayed in Corp B of the Hotel, facing south, nice view of the sea from 4th floor. A bit noisy during night , but the view and comfort of the apartment compensate. Definitedly, next time we'll chose same apartment, if it will be possible.

200m from idyllic (if thronged!) Fig Tree Beach. Clean. Nice pool area. Excellent climate control in rooms with black out blinds. Close to main road for cycle excursions to more remote/less populated beaches.
