The best feature of the hotel is its staff, in particular the reception duo covering the morning shift. It is a delightful experience to be welcomed and supported professionally and kindly - not to be taken for granted nowadays. We liked the pool and spa area, although they were a bit crowded. The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was ok. Restaurant has very fair prices and is convenient given the location out of the city center.

Was looking forward to returning here and indeed it was exactly as the first time. Excellent in every way. This time we also had the chance to try the spa and the breakfast. The breakfast was okay with many choices and the spa was okay too.

The facilities were good and staff professional. The location is good if you want to be in a commercial area with all amenities in the area, but 25 minutes walking from downtown. The room was well soundproofed and big. Cocktails are good and affordable.

Our room was really big, much bigger than a standard hotel room. The location was good, walking distance from the old town and main attractions. Breakfast buffet was decent. The best bit for us was the spa downstairs

It was a pleasant stay my wife and I had in this hotel. The rooms very clean, the food was very good and the staff at the reception, especially the man who checked us in was very helpful which we appreciated a lot. All in all very recommendable

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Easily on of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Kosovo not only Prizren. Everything you needed was there, a huge supermarket 1 minute of walking distance, shopping malls 5 minute distance. Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to visit the spa but we will deffinitely be back again here and will give it a try, its a must !!! We did try the restaurant and it was great and affordable prices. Can’t wait to be back. Also the staff is amazing and very helpful.

The location of the property was 20-25 minutes walking from the city center. The rooms had nice bathrooms and they were spacious with a small balcony each. The breakfast was nice with a nice range of choices.
