The breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel is in The center of the city. It was easy to walk around The city and to return back to The hotel

ALBANIAN: - Rezervimi shumë i vonë, por Recepsionistja me emrin ARGESA ishte shume e disponueshme dhe shumë e proekupuar per te ndihmuar. - AGNESA dërgonte vazhdimisht mesazhe në WhatsApp për të na udhëhequr drejt vendndodhjes se hotelit sepse është afer rrugës me një drejtim.(kopjet e mesazheve jane ne foto). - Edhe pas mesnate AGNESA na ndihmoi të parkonim makinën dhe ndihmoi vajzen dhe nipin tim për të ngritur bagazhin në apartament. - AC kishte në çdo dhomë. - Frigorifer masiv i cili është shumë i dobishëm kur kërkoni të kurseni para. - Pranë qendrës së qytetit, lumit dhe restoranteve më të mira pa pasur nevoj te perdorni makinen. - Më falni pasi nuk mund të ndaloj së shkruari por thjesht perfect place. ——————————————————————————— ENGLISH - Very late booking but the recesionist called AGNESA was still available and very helpful. - AGNESA was consistently texting on WhatsApp to guide us towards the location because it is off one way street. (screen shot of messages attached) - Even was after midnight AGNESA helped us to park the car and helped my daughter and nephew to lift luggage to the apartment. - There was AC on each room. - Massive fridge which it’s very beneficial when you looking to save money. - Next to town centre, river and best restaurants without needing to drive the car. - sorry as I can’t stop writing about the place but simply fantastic.
