The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The view was beautiful. Additionally, the location is quite strategic as it is in the city center. The staff was very kind and always ready to help. This is the second time I have booked this apartment, and I will definitely stay here again when I visit Prishtina.

The space in the apartment was good, and it was nice to have a dining table. Location was excellent, only a short walk to the main pedestrian avenue and cafes, it was also handy to be close to some supermarkets and restaurants. We bought a bottle of wine but didn't realise there was no corkscrew in the apartment - I called the staff and the lady was very kind, she turned up 5 minutes later with one. We were surprised that there was no toilet roll in the bathroom, which we had presumed would be provided - it meant we had to buy a 4-roll pack for only a 2-night stay. Maybe if I had called the staff again they would have said it was a mistake and should have been in there, but I didn't really feel like doing that. A few suggestions to make the stay even nicer than it was: lights by the bed would have been good, the bed itself should be checked out - it was sagging on the sides, it would be a nice touch to provide just a few teabags and coffee sachets, rather than the two tins of Fanta maybe?
