Good location, modern and clean rooms. The heating didn’t work in the room so it was quite cold.

The hotel is not too far from the city center. Our room was cleaned daily. The lady who brought our breakfast was friendly and attentive. Having parking available was a plus for us.

We had really nice stay here The staff was very helpful and nice. Especially receptionist Ilianna. She make sure we have everything what we needed! Communication was on really good level :)

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Golden Hotel Pristina. Our room was small but spotlessly clean. It had everything you would expect. Breakfast is served rather than buffet. Not sure if that's because Hotel was quiet or if it's always like that. Anyway, there are choices. Good location - quiet, and fairly easy walking distance to city centre. Free parking right outside the hotel is a bonus. What made our stay memorable though, was the staff. All very polite and welcoming but one young man, Ermal, really stood out. One of the most polite and helpful staff members we've ever dealt with. Well done that man!
