Everything . The hotel is really nice and comfortable mattress, the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit too early and asked for us to check in before 15PM and lucky they have the room straight right way available for us, we feel so happy. The front desk staff that did my check in was very kind and helpful. We have two tiny dogs, which they welcome both with warm smile and this makes me feel home. I love the fact they have a gym and also SPA and salon for nails and a big parking space, amazing Swimpool anda stunning beautiful garden and surrounded by beautiful green. Which I feel happy to stayed and know there have everything we need. We extended the 2 nights to 4 nights which the third I book directly with them because my room was very comfortable and big , which I feel so happy to stayed extra one night before our departure to Rome. I will definitely recommend this hotel as a hotelier as well myself, I appreciated good services and true reviews

The breakfast was nice; the dinners were good; swimming pools are lovely; animation was good - dancing, kong fu, Nutella party, acqua gym. Staff were flexible - allowed us late checkout for free; gave us food to take to our room when they were very slow at serving; gym was better than many I have been to (I do weights and cardio). Farm was a good distraction for kids! Playground area nice for kids.

The place is a very large hotel with multiple buildings and lots of green areas. The breakfast was also great. However a bit too crowded and pricey for the rooms provided.
