Guests with mobility issues are welcome to use our shuttle service for easier transportation between resort amenities.Please note the resort does not have a lift.Housekeeping is available for rentals after four nights.Resort fee will be collected at time of booking. The resort fee includes:

- internetThe restaurant is currently closed for renovations.A $50 check in fee plus tax will be due upon arrival and will be collected at the property.There may be construction noise with the Tennis Court Resurfacing and Pickle Ball Conversion project. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.Construction work will be carried out from 20/01/25 to 24/01/25. Please note that construction work is going on and some rooms may be affected by noise.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location and the atmosphere in the resort made the trip amazing. The flowers growing everywhere, nice pool facilities and access to the beach were perfect. The rooms were very nice and clean, with cooking equipment which was very helpful. They also gave us a coupon for the nearby supermarket.

The pool is amazing, great location. Rooms are great and so are the views. Nice and quiet location.

A timeshare that doesn’t feel too much like one (a good thing), but has hefty and inexplicable “resort and check-in” fees, and will charge you 20 USD + taxes per day for your car. Nice grounds and gardens, a beautiful view onto the Bay, and spacious rooms, although they could benefit from an upgrade out of their Reagan style (and age). Very comfortable bedding. It shares a private beach with the 5-star Hotel "1 Hanalei", where we recommend you go and have a nice sunset cocktail!
