We arrived very late and the ferry from Port Hardy was also a bit delayed. Nevertheless check in went smoothly after some computer issues and the room was nice. Parking just around the corner ok as well. They packed some breakfast for us when we left in the morning.

The most important thing was that we arrived at 9am in the pouring rain, with an incorrect booking date, but they changed that (no charge) and let us check in so very early. Very helpful too about booking taxis. Place was clean and comfy.

the rooms are very spacious, great price for cost, even the couches are amazingly comfy and the room is great. had fridge, tv, fans ( which was great because it was hot, no ac)
