This is Prince Rupert's best kept secret. Although the location is about a 25 minute walk from downtown, it's worth it. The folks who run the place are lovely and we felt right at home and well taken care of. Super comfy, nice big kitchen and homey feel. This will be my go-to when I stay in PR.

I stayed only one night at Eagle Close. I would definitely recommend it though. I only spoke briefly with Baljeet, but he was welcoming and helpful. They made sure I had everything I'd need to check in and get settled. This seems like a place where I can definitely see having a group of people playing a big board game in the living room would be a good time. Or cooking a meal together in the big kitchen.

The set up was really well done. I felt very welcome and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen was thoughtfully set up and stocked to make a great breakfast.

We needed a late check in, close to midnight, and hosts accommodated that - signage was there for us to easily follow to get to our room. Thank you Baljeet and Parm.

There were plenty of choices for breakfast and sufficient dishes, cutlery etc. There was also a comfortable living room for our use.

Very spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Nice views from 3rd floor rooms with many windows. . Kitchen and common living room also felt very welcoming. Host stayed up late to meet with us arriving on the late ferry.
