I did not have the breakfast at this hotel, so no comment one way or another. The Live Country Band that played in the Pub sounded very good, from the hallway at the reception desk. It was a Friday night & people were enjoying their evening out. However I was tired so sleep was my priority. The sound from the band was muffled in my room. No interuptions from the other hotel patrons during night nor the music from the band as all was muted in my room location. Thus no sleep problem. The bathroom was clean with no problem noted. The bed was soft but comfortable as were the bed linens. ( Clean ) Some of the furnature in the room was showing it's age & use over time. I documented the previous damage by taking several cell phone photos of the furnature & reported it to the desk clerks both soon after check in & again to a different clerk in the morning at check out. You do have to sign a lengthy document upon signing in, READ IT ALL, as you are required to put a $ 200.00 damage deposit on your credit card till the room is reviewed by hotel staff for additional damage after you check out. If no damage is reported you get the damage hold removed from your card within three days. Nice to know before you book a room. I had no problem with additional damage, nor did the hotel have additional damage from my stay in their establishment. My Credit Card additional charge was fully relaesed after three days. This damage deposit is in addition to your room charge on your credit card.

The location is away from downtown, quiet and safe. I didn't hear the pub below at all. It was a clean, comfortable, functional room with everything I needed. There is a restaurant next door, but it wasn't open in the morning.
