We spent a week in Primorsko, and the Evtimov guesthouse confirmed all our expectations: optimal communication with the host, cleanliness, everything as described on the booking page. com, optimal position to the two beaches and the city center, a wonderful view from the room balcony (we could admire the sunrise over the sea every morning). Grade 10 Wi-Fi, parking space. In conclusion, everything was a 10.

We had a very nice room with sea view, 4th floor, a few 100 meters away from the center, 1.5 km to the big supermarket. 600 meters to North Beach, quiet, just how we wanted. Very sympathetic owner

It is a simple place, and has almost everything you need. Rooms are basic, level of bed, towels, shower is average. The person in charge is nice and friendly and tries his utmost to make your stay comfortable. What you pay is what you get.

Great location close to the sea, balcony with Ocean view. Clean, quiet and calm, well-equipped, good service and really friendly and caring owner. A great place to relax, I will come again!
