Clean n tidy hotel, breakfast good, though why not make it £10 to save all the ‘it’s a special deal ‘ ? Evening meal & atmosphere was spoiled by a non guest sat in next seating area obviously struggling mentally & talking loudly about drugs - the 2 male members of staff on duty did absolutely nothing !!! In the end my friend tried to assist him ie offered to contact someone for help, but he was too perturbed …. more security needed !!!!!

Room: The room was clean, neat and well-maintained with comfortable bedding. However, it was not as spacious as I would have loved. The room had tea/coffee facilities, and a clean, functional bathroom. However, the air conditioning was efficient and soundproofing was good. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of hot and cold options and fresh fruits. The service was prompt, and the dining area was well-organized. Facilities: The parking space is one of the facilities that I appreciate. The bar/restaurant area towards the dining area looks stylish and inviting, perfect for relaxation or casual meetings. However, the Wi-Fi connection is good. Overall, the hotel offers a comfortable stay and a helpful staff. However, I missed the breakfast on my second day as I thought the breakfast was same time for weekday as it was for weekend.

I choose this hotel to stay in because you have room service, which makes it ideal as I prefer to eat in my room. Today's breakfast was not great, I ordered toast but it turned up without a plate so I couldn't spread butter on it or eat it without crumbs going everywhere. I asked for Rice Krispies, but got cocoa pops instead, without asking. Not a great substitute as they are full of sugar. I asked for it to be delivered at 8.30, as I wanted a lay in but it turned up at 7.15. I wasn't even awake, let alone out of bed. I'm not sure why my breakfast was such a difficulty today, but it wasn't a great start to my day.

Location good for travelling for work and bus station. Uber easy to get to other places in Preston. The team working here set a high standard and everyone is very friendly from reception through to breakfast!

Close to the bus station and the Guild Ale House. On the edge of town towards Deepdale Stadium. Which is still some walk. From the 7th floor good view of the football stadium. The rooms and showers were great. Clean. Breakfast was very good value. And very nice. Superb staff at reception and breakfast. There is car parking and if full you can park in the bus station. Stayed here several times.

The Holiday Inn in Preston centre was fantastic. We had 2 interconting accessible rooms on the 7th floor with a good view over the town. The rooms and beds were very comfy. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
