This was an excellent experience, the decor of the hotel on arrival was modern and inviting. The staff were professional, friendly & helpful. The room was small but adequate in size for our stay, clean and had all the facilities we needed. An area for improvement is the breakfast, we arrived for breakfast at 9am and most of the croissants were gone. The croissants were not stale but not fresh. The ham and cheese were uncovered in the fridge and had hardened being exposed. The cooked food was luke warm. Anything additional we requested from the staff (gluten free toast & fried eggs) arrived hot and the service was excellent.

Hotel was perfect as we were attending a wedding at a nearby location. The facilities were as described and had everything we needed. Hotel breakfast had lots of options and was very nice.

Hotel was clean and the staff were all polite and professional. Shower was great, bed comfy and location perfect for what we needed. Our only criticism was breakfast. Many guests were wondering around looking for more milk, butter and bread for toast. The breakfast was not buffet style, which is fine, but we were left without any visible staff in the restaurant, and in the end had to go to reception to find someone to help us get served. When we found some staff the chef cooked a very nice breakfast but organisation in the morning could have been better. All that said, we still enjoyed our stay and would return if we visit the area again.

The staff are very warm and welcoming, and the hotel room was spotlessly clean.The beds are huge and very comfortable, but breakfast felt a bit disorganised .The lady who was seating us was amazing , she was taking the orders for poached and fried eggs as well as showing us where everything was, but there clearly wasn't enough hot food prepared and she was running back and forth telling the kitchen what needed to be filled. A few people were waiting for breakfast to be cooked This wouldn't put me off staying here again, but I do feel the kitchen should be checking what needs to be filled before it completely runs out . The food that was available was very high quality, especially the sausage.
