Staff in the evening super friendly, accommodated to us during the storm, we were in the chalets(6) with debris flying off the upstairs roof. Couldn't fault staff at all especially "Val" she gave us extra bedding, fresh towels and a new kettle and heater to help us during the storm.

This place is ideal . Friendly staff n great food the chalet was clean n comfortable it was a little basic but as I said very clean . We had great breakfasts and there was a good choice on all the menus. The staff are absolutely lovely very helpful.great to have free parking for guests . Right on a beautiful clean beach . This place is dog friendly and our grandkids had an amazing time as we did .. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The chalets!! Wow u get an amazing sea view!! Depend what time of year .. 4 sunset !! If u go outside u can see sunset 4 August in front and Sept to the left seasonal change but the beaches hotel is amazing !! The room is accommodate but 2nd time booking didn't comfort instead I got 2 chairs!! Not good after along day beach walking!! Was dissapointed bcus 1st time we had a room with a settee facing the sea was glorious x

very friendly staff at the reception of the hotel..chalets located opposite the hotel. we had the first floor chalet (no lift, but they ask at the reception if you are able to use stairs)the chalet was very clean and had all what's needed for family of 4.we had 2 bedroom chalet with one king and 2 single beds, and they all were excellent. big window with sea view in near distance.. free car park and bonus for the little ones free access to hotel pool. the only thing we did not like was TV very small and old, but we were out so it did not matter. I would stay again if price was matched to the offer we managed to get as slightly pricy for time of the year.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the chalets was ideal for us having a dog, being a short walk over the road to the dog friendly beach. Also a car park and grass area in front of the chalets so we were set back from the road. Chalet was clean and there was a lovely greeting box of biscuits, apple, orange etc. washing up liquid, cloths were provided which saves having to take them and tea, coffee, sugar and milk were also provided. The bed was large and very comfortable and towels provided.
