Lovely hotel, staff is very helpful! perfect location to get to Venice(around 25 min by train, no changes, you going straight to Venice! very convenient ) Hotel is very close to the train station, just a few minutes. The hotel is new, clean, the bed linen is very soft, very comfortable pillows and mattresses. Hotel kindly organised a transfer for us to the Treviso airport (which is 15 min from the hotel), we are very grateful for that! We do recommend this hotel! I would definitely come back.

Responsive owner who greeted us and showed us around, easily resolved a couple of technical issues. Great location, with easy access to the train to Venice.

Cosy, fully equipped room in the centre of Preganziol. Shops are nearby and both the train and the bus are also close to the accommodation. The service was kind and polite. Even a coffee machine is available to use with a capsule automata and other goodies.

FABULOUS Accommodation 👌 Couldn't fault it for anything. Everything was just perfect and I am so pleased to have experienced this gem . From the very beginning the host kept me informed, guided me without any problems or fuss , and treated us with absolute care , concern and kindness by leaving us a complimentary welcome tray of biscuits and cakes . The Accommodation was excellent and exactly how it appeared on the website and so near and easily getting to Venice and Trivento . It was very comfortable, spotless clean with all the amenities, tasty decorated , even cotton slippers were provided !!! Air-conditioning was functioning perfectly, the beds were super comfortable ( we were delayed on departing next morning because we didn't want to leave the comfort of that bed ). All and all it was a super stay and fantastic value for money.
