The hotel is modern, the interiors look amazing, and the location is very picturesque. The amenities are great, and the restaurant and food are exceptional. Parking was not an issue, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

March 2025. I give the Hyatt a full five stars. My stay was perfect. I enjoyed the food the most. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Having stayed at the hotel several times, I had the impression that the quality had improved. The minor issue that the restaurant staff is poorly trained and speaks very little English doesn't change my rating.

Total waste of money. Years ago when it was still Riu we enjoyed going there,but now it would be a first and last visit. The only thing that I enjoyed greatly, was a massage . This hotel is not that luxury to be that expensive and being surrounded by Pharma representatives all around wasn’t pleasant at all.

Lovely place, with very little amortization and great staff. The super smiley girl at the restaurant constantly tried to make our entire family accommodated was refreshing. Sauna feels new, nothing old, dirty or smelly.

We had a great one-night escape from the city in Hyatt. All the facilities were clean and warm. There is plenty of space outside for walks and play around the lake.
