Everything, the staff was very friendly, kind, nice and helpfull, even the housekeeping team were also wunderfull. Very fresh breakfast Buffet. By walk just in few Minutes to reach the city center and the main train station. The bus stops and service was infront of hotel. It was amazing stay in Hotel San Marco. I recommend to everbody Hotel San Marco. 💐💐💐

I have stayed here before and I chose to stay again as I find this hotel very good value for money. It is clean, very comfortable, exceptionally located, and the staff are very nice and incredibly helpful!

Very good hotel overall, could only do better with door sound insulation/proffing, shampoo quality and internet speed that is too slow for the price of the room.

Very friendly staff. Something was off with the shower, but they tried to fix it immediately & gave me another room to stay. Also, when I had to store my luggage already before my stay, they brought it up to the room for me & they did so too when they changed the room. Further: the bed was comfortable enough, the location is great near some excellent restaurants and the centre of Prato as well as the train station, and the breakfast has enough options. There's also an elevator to the room & there's air conditioning. Great place all around!
